Where other farming games just don’t scratch that itch, Palia does. You can do various things, including fishing, mining, and even getting blueberries in Palia. Not only are these a tasty treat, but they’re also the game’s second-best crop to grow, right behind the beloved apples. Unfortunately, apples are difficult to harvest, so you must settle for blueberries. They are considering that if you don’t know how to get them, we’ll show you exactly how to obtain Palia blueberries.
Where to Get Blueberries in Palia
(Updated on October 3, 2024 – updated links and format)
When starting the game, you’ll need to complete a quest titled Welcome to Palia before unlocking the ability to garden in Palia. Once you do this, you can go ahead and speak with Badruu and ask him to teach you how to garden. Meet with him at your Housing Plot, and you’re all set to learn how to garden. If you reach Level 3 in friendship with Badruu, he will gift you five blueberries to start.
You’ll need to reach Level 10 in gardening to get blueberry seeds for yourself. At that point, you’ll have access to gardening medals used to purchase several things. Two of these things include blueberry and apple seeds. Since we are focusing on blueberries in Palia, they cost 45 Gardening Medals to purchase at the Crop Store at the Family Farm and take nine days to harvest.
Considering that, you will want to think about getting seeds via a Seed Collector. The recipe for the Seed Collector can be found in the Gardening Skill store after you’ve reached Level 2 in gardening.
How to Use Blueberries in Palia
You can use blueberries for a variety of things in Palia. They are used in two quests and the Blueberry Pie dish. One quest is triggered by leaving a blueberry near the Night Sky Temple entrance, where a Mysterious Blueberry Lover will leave you a letter that starts the Hunger Pains quest. The second quest is part of what we had mentioned above, where you grow Badruu’s relationship level to 3, completing the Music To My Ears quest.
The blueberries themselves are unlike other crops since they take up 2×2 squares and need four units of fertilizer. Blueberries also have a garden buff of increased growth speed to adjacent crops. Hopefully, you’ve got everything you need from this guide to find Palia blueberries.
