Shadowbeak is Dark-type and has Modified DNA Partner Skill, which increases the Dark damage dealt by the player and Shadowbeak while mounted. However, getting a Shadow Beak in Palworld is challenging because players encounter this pal at the end areas of the game. But it is a very powerful pal and worth the effort. So, let’s find out where to find Shadowbeak in Palworld and other possible ways to get it.
Shadowbeak Locations in Palworld
You can find Shadowbeak in Palworld only at the Wildlife Sanctuary in the far north corner of the map. The easiest way to travel to this Sanctuary is by unlocking the Deep Sand Dunes fast travel point. Then, use an air mount such as Nightwing to journey to the island.
But the tricky part is it is often populated with many high-tier pals and enemies. You are often flagged under criminal activities. Unlike the Sanctuary in the south part here, players usually get spotted for criminal activities more often. So, without good weapons like an Assault Rifle, you might get killed.
Ensure you have some Ultra and Legendary Spheres with you. Also, most Dragon-type pals, such as Dinossum and Elphidran, are best to counter Shadowbeak. I strongly recommend you to level up at least above 40 before trying to find and catch a Shadowbeak in Palworld since they are high-level pals.
How To Breed Shadowbeak
The only combo available to breed Shadowbeak in Palworld is Kitsun and Astegon. However, if you do not have level up yet in the game but in the mid-game, this might be an excellent option to get a Shadowbeak early because I managed to breed a Kitsun using a Rooby and Penking.
But the tricky part is breeding Astegon. There are some combos you can use to breed. I used Cryolinx and Helzephyr. You can acquire Cryolinx from snowy areas northwest of the map, and Helzephyrs are very active at night near the Ancient Ritual Site. Therefore, if you are in the mid-game, these two pals can be easily captured and used to breed Astegon.
Then, you can use Astegon and Kitsun to breed Shadowbeak. This is the best option to get a Shadowbeak rather than finding if you do not have unlocked high-tier weapons yet in Palworld. However, you will get a low-level Shadowbeak from breeding and must level it up if you plan to use it in your Pal Team.
