Bronzor Fragments are a special currency in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet that Trainers must collect and give to an NPC in Zapapico in exchange for Auspicious Armor. Like the Metal Coat or Sun Stone, Auspicious Armor is an Evolution Item that has been introduced in this latest Pokémon title as a means to evolve Charcadet into Armarouge. This Psychic- and Fire-type Fire Warrior Pokémon has a stylish and flashy appearance. Trainers can utilize this pocket monster’s powerful Armor Cannon to defeat tough opponents in battle. Continue reading to learn how to get Bronzor Fragments to unlock Armarouge in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

Finding Bronzor Fragments in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

All Bronzor Locations in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

One excellent early-game location to get Bronzor Fragments in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet is the ruins on the plateau on the northern side of South Province Area Two, west of Mesagoza. In these ruins, Trainers can encounter multiple Bronzor as a common spawn, meaning players should have no trouble finding this Steel- and Psychic-type pocket monster wandering about.

Defeating Bronzors in battle will yield one or more Bronzor Fragments in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Once players have collected ten fragments, they can obtain one stack of Auspicious Armor to evolve their Charcadet. According to YouTube content creator Quick Tips, the easiest way to farm Bronzor Fragments is by visiting the ruins in South Province Area Two and utilizing the “Let’s Go” auto-battler mode to instantly subdue Bronzors while driving around. Let’s Go can be initiated by pressing the R button on the Nintendo Switch, causing one’s first Pokémon within the active group to be sent out.

Naturally, it is important that Trainers send out a pocket monster fit for auto-battling against Bronzor; otherwise, their farming attempt will be for naught. While any high-level Pokémon should be able to take down Bronzors without issue, using monsters with Ghost-, Fire-, Dark-, and Ground-type Movesets will be extra effective. There are other ruin locations other than South Province Area Two on the world map. If players check their Pokédex for Bronzor, they will notice another easily accessible spot to farm Bronzor Fragments in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet are the ruins northeast of the trail leading from the flying point at South Province Area Three. This location is east of Mesagoza and should be easy to reach.
