All you have to do is server-hop until you find one! I know it’s a tedious method, but what are you going to do when six out of the 10 items Bulma sells require dragon balls? The Berserk title alone needs seven!
Don’t just hop into any old server. When you look at the list of available servers, set the “Number of Players” to “Ascending.” What that’ll do is place the servers with the lowest number of players right in plain view. From there, it’s just choosing the server with the least number of players; the fewer the players, the less likely any dragon balls will have been taken.
