With stats and a special effect that could certainly earn it a spot as one of the best fishing rods in Roblox Fisch, the Ethereal Prism Rod is worth its 15 million price tag. Not only do you need some incredibly deep pockets, but you have a whole host of quests to get through before you can even think of buying it. You’ll also have to do a lot of fishing if you want to get the Ethereal Prism Rod in Roblox Fisch.

How to Get the Ethereal Prism Rod in Roblox Fisch

Before you can get the Ethereal Prism Rod in Roblox Fisch, here are the prerequisites:

  • A submarine
  • All zones in Mariana’s Veil unlocked
  • $15 million credits

If you haven’t already earned your submarine, you can get it from completing Dr. Glimmerfin’s quest on Roslit Bay. That’s also how you get to access Mariana’s Veil. Easy peasy!

Once you’re in Mariana’s Veil, you’ll first come to the Volcanic Vent zone. At the docks is a strange, glowing pedestal with a list of items above it. Each zone has one (except Veil of the Forsaken) and each zone will have everything you need by either fishing or drilling nearby crystals.

  • Volcanic Vent: Gather Lava Crystal, Inferno Hide, Blisterback Blenny, and an Infernal Iguanafish
  • Challenger’s Deep: Gather Ice Crystal, Cryoskin, and a Polar Prowler
  • Abyssal Zenith: Gather Abyssal Bearded Seadevil, Voidglow Ghostfish, and Anglers Lantern, which is plucked from an angler fish by feeding it orcas or krakens.
  • Calm Zone: You need to place a Frozen Leviathan, Magma Leviathan, and Crowned Anglerfish on the pedestals at the end of the obby. Those are caught in the three previous zones.

Now, as you’re passing through the Calm Zone into the Veil of the Forsaken, you’ll actually pass the Ethereal Prism Rod on your way, but you can’t buy it yet, even if you have the money. Just walk on ahead to the chess-like board with statues. Push them until each one turns green, then jump straight down the hole into the Veil of the Forsaken.

Here’s the deal: you need to catch every single fish in the Veil of the Forsaken, including Scylla—a three-headed hydra that only appears during an event. You’ll see a notification at the top when one starts.

So, ideally, you just want to capture the other fish while you wait, back up to the Calm Zone, then buy the Ethereal Prism Rod!, wait until Scylla appears, get her, then back up to the Calm Zone and buy the Ethereal Prism Rod.
