To power up your weapons considerably, you will probably want to get Gibdo Bones in Tears of the Kingdom. These are some of the materials that will grant you a significant boost to your damage output. You may have the most powerful weapon in the game, but you have yet to see what the Gibdo Bones can do once you Fuse your weapons with it. However, the way to collect it may seem a little tricky. Don’t worry, though. There is a very simple way to collect this specific material. Continue reading to know where to find Gibdo Bones in Tears of the Kingdom.

To find Gibdo Bones in Tears of the Kingdom, you will have to travel all the way to the Gerudo Desert. If you have not visited and aren’t familiar with the area, you will see a huge sandstorm surrounding the area. And, of course, a significant amount of Gibdos. To get Gibdo Bones, you must defeat Gibdos, which is a bit trickier.

If you attempt to attack the Gibdos with a melee or ranged attack, you will deal almost no damage to them. If you want to defeat them, you must bring forth a melee weapon or arrow that has been enhanced with either Fire or Shock. Be sure to use Fuse to combine your weaponry with the particular items that grant these effects. Attack the Gibdos, and you will defeat them relatively easily.

Both Gibdo Guts and Gibdo Bones are the possible drops each time you defeat a Gibdo. The Gibdo Bones will grant you a total of +40 damage output. Go ahead and Fuse either your melee weapons or arrows. At the same time, you can add a Gibdo Bone to any recipe to give it a +0:40 duration to any effect that the recipe grants.

Be sure to bring some Shock weapons to ensure the Gibdos fall. Otherwise, you could potentially break all of your arsenal and all your arrows as well. This time around, they won’t paralyze you while screaming at you, so you are good to approach them and deal melee damage freely. Once you finish the local Regional Phenomena, you can use Riju’s attack to strike them down with lightning. Just shoot an arrow at them, and you will completely obliterate them.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is available now on Nintendo Switch.
