Where To Find Hearty Lizards in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
If you want to get your hands on those Hearty Lizards in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, forget about trudging through dungeons or battling fearsome monsters. Instead, just swing by a stable and make a deal with the traveling trader Beedle. For 100 rupees, he’ll hook you up with these peculiar creatures, no questions asked. It’s the most pricey critter Beedle sells and for a good reason; it’s a pretty problematic critter to find in the wild.
But if you’re feeling a tad adventurous, grab your foraging gear and explore the depths of the more vegetative areas of High Gerudo and East Necluda.
Since Hearty Lizards are so hard to find, you might want to do yourself a favor and snap a quick photo of them. This will add them to your compendium and give you more information about their locations. Plus, if you have acquired the Sensor+ upgrade, you can add them to your sensor so it beeps whenever you’re near one.
Tears of the Kindom: How To Use Hearty Lizards
Just because the Hearty Lizard doesn’t provide any known effects in the realm of weapons and shields doesn’t mean it’s completely useless. Once you successfully capture a Hearty Lizard, the best you can do is concoct a heart-resorting elixir with it.
Remember, all you need is a Cooking Pot and the right combination of monster Parts to whip up this magical potion. The resulting elixir will grant you a temporary surge of full hearts, making you feel invincible in the face of danger. That means it doesn’t also restore the hearts you already have but provides you with extra, temporary yellow ones.
