With the arrival of the sacred Star Wars Day on May 4th, it’s time for another Fortnite Star Wars event. This time, the event is not only in Battle Royale mode but also in the Festival and Lego game modes. While obtaining Lightsabers in Fortnite Battle Royale is somewhat more straightforward, things are a bit trickier in Lego mode. It’s safe to say that you will have to spend some time and effort to get it in Lego mode. Here’s how to get a Lightsaber in Lego Fortnite.
Where To Find Lightsaber in Lego Fortnite
When you enter your world in Lego Fortnite, you’ll see a little Star Wars Live Event. A rift will open in the sky and a huge spaceship will crash into your world, after which you will know that the event has begun.
You will then find Captain Bravara in your village after a short while. After talking to her she will give you an item called Macrobinoculars. When you look around with this item, you will see the Rebel Cave location.
Enter this Cave, loot the area, and exit through the other side of the cave and your quest will be completed. Then, when you look again with your Macrobinoculars, you can see the Rebel Outpost and the Empire Bunkers. You should go to the blue emblem, which indicates the Rebel Outpost. The Rebel Outpost is just like your village and there is a special village square you should upgrade there.
One way to get Lightsabers in Lego Fortnite requires you to speak to Captain Bravara after you have leveled up your Rebel Outpost to level six. At this point, she will give you a Lightsaber. Also, when you upgrade your Rebel Outpost to level six, you can now enter Empire Bunkers. Empire Bunkers are quite challenging, there are many Stormtroopers inside and you need to kill them all to progress.
So make sure you take enough food with you and make sure you are well-equipped before you head over to Empire Bunkers. Since the Stormtroopers will be very crowded here, it is wise to bring plenty of Bowcasters and Thermal Detonators with you so you can deal area damage to them.
When you reach the end of the Empire Bunker, you’ll see a huge chest that glows red. You will find many different materials and a Lightsaber when you open this chest.
Here is a breakdown of getting Lightsaber in Lego Fortnite:
- First, talk to Captain Bravara and get the Macrobinoculars item from him.
- Use the Macrobinoculars to go to your first Rebel Cave and exit through the exit.
- Then use the Macrobinoculars again to find the Rebel Outpost.
- Upgrade the Rebel Outpost to level six and talk to Captain Bravara to get your first Lightsaber.
- Then, when your Rebel Outpost is at least level six, use the Macrobinoculars to clear the Empire Bunkers and open the big chest with the red glowing lights to get another Lightsaber.
