You can get Meditite Sweat from Meditite and Medicham, which is easily found in Area Six of the South Province near Alfornada. The fastest way to beat these pocket monsters is by using the game’s auto-battle feature. The wild Meditite are level 18 and above, so they should be easy to defeat. As long as you have a team that counters these Pokemon types, you should be good to go.

Remember,  Meditite Sweat is rare, so make sure you pick it up when you can. The rewards for having this item are definitely worth the effort. Good luck, and happy hunting!
