Energy is, without a doubt, just as important as your health in Blox Fruits, going as far as to make it impossible to grind or even fight other Roblox players if you have too little. Fruit moves, Flash Step, dodging, fighting moves, dashing, and jumping—all of those skills require varying amounts of Energy. At the start of Blox Fruits, you only have 100 Energy, but luckily, there are several ways to get more!
How to Increase Your Energy Pool in Blox Fruits
[Updated August 16, 2024 – Rewrote info and added a list of useful items.]
When you jump into Blox Fruits, don’t worry about which side to choose. Neither will give you an Energy bonus, if that’s what you’re worried about. The main way is going to be through leveling up because when you do, you get stat points to spend!
Open the main menu and choose the Stats tab. Now, Energy doesn’t have a stat you can invest in; instead, to increase your Energy in Blox Fruits, you spend points in Melee. You don’t have to go crazy, just a point here and there. One point adds +5 to your Energy pool. Since your Defense stat is also important, I recommend alternating with the 1-2 split stat distribution method.
You spend two points on a combat stat, then one point into either Defense or Melee every time you level up. If you raised Defense the last time you level up, raise Melee next. Fighting style users have the upper hand here since Melee is directly connected to the damage you do.
Don’t Forget to Equip Accessories, Too
Another way to get a potentially massive boost to Energy is wearing accessories. Sometimes it’s as little as +100 Energy, but other times it’s a whopping +2500 Energy, like you get from the Kitsune Ribbon. Not all accessories grant more Energy, though.

The unfortunate part is that you can only equip one accessory at a time in Blox Fruits, so consider the pros and cons of each. Heart Shades, for example, grant +400 health, damage resistance, and +12.5% more damage to Melee and Gun damage.
