You can consider the following locations or methods in obtaining Nitain Extract; all of them have varying drop chances and require different amounts of effort:
- Nightwave Offerings (guaranteed, but you need to buy them)
- Cetus Bounty during a Ghoul Purge event (reward chance ranges from 3.57-4.72 percent)
- Resource Cache Rotation C rewards in Reactor Sabotage and Exterminate missions (reward chance ranges from 0.67-2 percent)
- Gift from the Lotus alert (depending on the whims of the developers)
There are a couple of other sources, but the drop chances are so measly you’re better off ignoring them.
The Fast Way to Get Nitain Extract in Warframe
Based on the Nitain Extract locations above, your best and fastest option would be none other than Nora’s Nightwave Offerings. Her Nitain Extract stocks are always available and won’t disappear (unless Nightwave is on a short downtime between intervals).
