How To Get Poppy in Hades 2
The only way to get Poppy in Hades 2 can be done by harvesting it from your Soil Plots after plating Poppy Seeds. After planting the seeds, they will need 21 Time to grow. This means that you will need to clear 21 encounters. To shorten the task, taking companions to either the Hot Springs or the Fishing Pool while at The Crossroads can also decrease the count.
Apart from the Aspect of Persephone, you will also need Poppy to perform Insight Into Offerings. The Incantation will allow you to keep track of all of the boons you encounter through your Book of Shadows. Insight Into Offerings will cost 2x Ambrosia, 2x Poppy, and 1x Golden Apple.

You can get Poppy Seeds in Hades 2 from the digging spots located in Tartarus —the map leading to the House of Hades, where Chronos resides. Keep in mind that, to dig the spots, you will need to have the Silver Spade Tool equipped. There’s no guarantee that you be met with the spots during a run. So head down and hope for the best.

How to Get More Soil Plots
For those looking to farm Poppy more efficiently, you can increase the number of Soil Plots in your possession to 4 and 6 by performing the Rich Soil and Verdant Soil Incantations. Once unlocked, you can perform both of them by expending the resources below:
- Rich Soil: 3x Lotus
- Verdant Soil: 1x Wheat + 1x Garlic
