Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is a game with great depth where players’ decisions affect the story. Surprisingly, the game only features one ending. However, this doesn’t mean that your decisions don’t matter. The game still remembers the major choices you make on your journey, and the ending of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will reflect that. Although Henry’s parents are already dead, they will show up in a dream, and their reaction to Henry will depend on how honorable Henry is.
All Major Choices in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
If you want to achieve the best ending in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you need to pay attention to these key choices:
- Save Semine
- Avoid burning Maleshov
- Don’t kill Brabant
- Don’t kill Markvart Von Aulitz
- Save Samuel
Save Semine

The first major choice you’ll encounter in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 concerns the fate of Semine. After torturing the hostage and obtaining information, you’ll be given the option to tell Von Bergow about the traitor in Semine. The best choice is to remain silent.
If you’ve already informed Von Bergow about Semine, the next best option is to defend Semine from the attackers. Remember not to tell Von Bergow that you killed his men, or Henry will be hanged, and you’ll get a game over. If you let Von Bergow’s men attack the castle, they’ll kill everyone in the area and burn the place to the ground.
Don’t Burn Maleshov

The second major choice in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 occurs during the Dance with the Devil quest. Henry will set out with the Dry Devil, and they plan to burn down the whole village. Of course, the best course of action is to avoid killing innocents and burning the village. You must defeat the Dry Devil in a duel to make him submit. Unfortunately, this decision will make the attack on Maleshov Castle much harder. Henry must sneak into the castle and unlock the gate from within.
Spare Brabant

Surprise, surprise, Brabant is a traitor. Fortunately, Henry is pretty hardy and doesn’t get killed. The bad news is things are going bad again. While sneaking through the village, you can encounter Brabant torturing Samuel.
After defeating him in a duel, you’ll be given the choice to spare or kill him. As annoying as it is, sparing Brabant is the right choice if you want to get the best ending in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. This will make the mission much harder, though, and you’ll need to be much more careful as you sneak through the village.
Spare Markvart Von Aulitz

During the same mission, you can also encounter Markvart Von Aulitz in the village. This is a very emotional meeting where Henry will learn more about his big enemy. While Henry has plenty of reasons to kill the man, it’s best to spare him. The man is already dying anyway, so there is no need to stain Henry’s hands with more blood. Fortunately, unlike Brabant, he won’t alert the enemies, so it’s better to find him first before confronting Brabant.
Save Samuel

Another major choice in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is whether you save or abandon Samuel. This one doesn’t have as much weight as the other choices. Samuel knows that he’ll be a burden and asks you to leave him behind. If you decide to abandon him, he’ll be hanged after you escape. On the other hand, bringing Samuel with you will make you slower and prevent you from warning your allies. However, Henry’s father will thank Henry for saving his half-brother during the ending.
Be Lawful as Possible

Lastly, you want to act as honorably as you can in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Even if you decide to follow this guide, if you still act like a criminal and hurt many people, Henry’s parents will point it out. Avoid stealing too much and only kill when absolutely necessary. Try to be kind to everyone so Henry’s parents will be proud.
