Palia developers once again pleased us with a new patch. As you probably know, four ore vault bundles are already available in the game, and there is quite a bit of hype around them. That said, we will tell you how to get the Flamerod Bundle in Palia. The purpose of each of the new bundles is to test your skills in different activities, and this bundle involves fishing.

Unlocking the Flamerod Bundle in Palia

The Flamerod Bundle is not as difficult to complete compared to others, but it still requires some effort. To get access to it, you will need to complete the “A Catalyzing Caper” and “Plumehound Pilgrimage” quests. This may take some time because, in the first of the above quests, you need to go through a whole temple with puzzles of different types, not to mention obstacles. If you complete these quests, you will get a new one called Vault of the Flames.

So when you do that, the next step is to visit Jina at the Night Sky Temple. After talking to her, you can start collecting the necessary resources not only for the Flamerod Bundle but also for other available ones. This must be done to meet the requirements of the stone device, thus being able to continue the story.

Fish Types and How To Catch Them

The main task for the Flamerod Bundle is fishing. You will need to catch four different types of fish and bring them to the Night Sky Temple. Fortunately, nothing is complicated here, and all the fish you need can be caught in Kilima Village or Bahari Bay waters. Certain types of fish will require specific bait and certain time conditions for their encounter. Below, we have described more details about each fish and the requirements you have to follow:

Fish Location Bait Time
Dawnray Bahari Bay No bait required Between 3 am and 6 am
Striped Sturgeon Waters of Kilima Village Worms Between 6 pm and 3 am
Radiant Sunfish Waters of Kilima Village Worms Any time
Flametongue Ray Waters of Kilima Village Glow Worms Between 3 am and 6 pm

When you catch all the fish you need, you can return to Night Sky Temple and interact with the second stone device to add all the samples you just received. As a reward for your efforts, you will receive a Pyroflow Bobber.

That’s it. Now you know how to get the Flamerod Bundle in Palia. Good luck!
