The Glide Mask is aย componentย from the Glide Armor set inย Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Getting Armor sets is crucial to ensure survival in different scenarios of the game and the Glide suit is no different. To get this suit, you need to visit threeย Sky Islands in Hyrule: Courage Island, Valor Island, and Bravery Island. Each island has a skydiving mini-game that rewards you with a piece of the Glide suit upon completion. In this guide, we will focus on how to get the Glide Mask in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomย and its precise location.

As always, getting to Sky Islands is easier when using the Skyview Tower. Travel to the Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower and propel yourself up in the sky, and paraglide in the northeast direction. You will see an island floating in the sky. Land on the island, and if you followed the direction correctly, you should be at the South Lanayru Sky Archipelago. Now, you can start your hunt for the Glide Mask in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

Travel to Valor Island, located far east in the South Laneru Sky Archipelago. Once you reach there, you will meet aย Steward Construct. Talk to him and start the mini-game. The game involves diving through rings to reach the islandโ€™s bottom.

It is tricky to complete within the required time. Make sure to evade the island pillars concealed by the clouds. Keep looking at the green light passing through as guidance and only dive when the coast is clear. Beat the required time of 35 seconds, and youโ€™ll receive the Glide Mask.

Glide Mask Upgrades

You can also upgrade your Glide Mask in the game. You can boost the stats of the mask by searching and uncovering the Great Fairy Fountains in Hyrule. Offer them ingredients and rupees in donations to get the stat upgrades. You can upgrade all the components of the Glide Armor set. Attaining level 2 will get you the Glide Armor set bonus, Impact Proof. It will make you immune to fall damage irrespective of the height.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomย is playable on Nintendo Switch.
