The Militech Canto MK.6 is a powerful cyberdeck, and getting it is complicated. It includes many quests that need to be completed. The trio of missions is Black Steel in the Hour of Chaos, Firestar, and Somewhat Damaged. Getting some powerful gear in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty will go a long way to keeping you alive when times get tough. Let’s go over how to earn this piece of tech.

The first condition you need to meet is to make a right choice in the Firestar mission. You will have to choose between the following:

  • Side with Songbird: By choosing this option, you allow her to escape.
  • Side with Reed: By choosing this option, you prevent Songbird from escaping and can capture her.

Here, you should definitely choose the second option to get the Militech Canto MK.6 forever.

If you did everything right, your next step is to complete the Black Steel in the Hour of Chaos mission. Here, you’ll need to talk to Yoko and agree to help her deal with the convoy by giving her the right coordinates. After doing so, you’ll need to write a message to Mr. Hands to inform him of the coordinates of the raid. After that, move to the desired location of the raid and kill a few enemies. The last thing you’ll need to do is follow Songbird‘s footsteps to start the Somewhat Damaged quest.

Well, the last and the most important part of the search is the Somewhat Damaged mission. When you progress through it, at some point, you will need to find the Neutral Room. Luckily, it’s not difficult to do, just explore the area, and you’ll definitely notice a sign that says Experimental Prototyping. You have to get inside this room, but there is a problem: a terminal with a password near the door that does not allow you to pass. There are two ways to avoid it:

  • Hacking: If you have enough Intelligence Attribute, that it, 15 points or more, you can hack this system without any problems.
  • Enter the password: If your character is upgraded in the other direction, then just use the password 714212.

Once inside, you’ll need to explore the area and find the case that contains the Militech Canto MK.6 crafting spec. As you have guessed, you can’t immediately access the implant and will need to craft it.

Before you can finally craft it, you’ll need to find one more item for this. This item is the Behavioral System Component, which you can get after killing the robot at the end of the Somewhat Damaged mission. When you get it right, go to your apartment and rest for 1 day to initiate a call from a stranger.

When this happens, the This Corrosion mission will begin. The rest is simple, during the mission, one of the goals will be to craft the Militech Canto MK.6, so use it to get the long-awaited implant.
