The Quantum Tuner is probably the best Frontal Cortex upgrade you can find in Cyberpunk 2077. This implant reduces the cooldown of another cyberware up to 60 seconds when upgraded to max level. This can help any player with using any style in combat and stealth situations. Getting this cyberware however, will take you quite some time.

This item can only be obtained by reaching the King of Wands ending. To reach that ending in and eventually earn the Quantum Tuner follow these two steps as you play:

  • Side with Songbird in the Firestarter quest and help her escape
  • Help Songbird in The Killing Moon quest and don’t help Reed in any way

After you’ve completed The Killing Moon quest with Songbird going to the moon, you must wait a few days. Then Songbird will contact you from Luna to thank you and let you know that she has left something special for you. Then the From Her to Eternity quest will unlock.

Use your mini-map to reach the location mentioned in So Mi’s text. It will turn out to be her favorite spot where she told you about her plan. Next to the couch, you can find a small package and inside it the Quantum Tuner cyberware. The quest will be complete and now you possess this iconic Frontal Cortex. Visit a ripperdoc to install it and upgrade it if you have the material.
