Do you want to know how to get the Shield Breaker EMP in Fortnite? Chapter 4 Season 4 came up with much new content, including many characters and features. Shield Breaker EMPs are the latest addition to the game and function as throwable items for combat. Getting your hands on this item is crucial since it involves a Week 2 Quest. You will have to hit enemy players five times to complete the objective.

You can find Shield Breaker EMPs in Fortnite in chests, floor loot, Heist Bags, or defeated enemy players. Heist Bags are the most reliable sources to get your hands on a Shield Breaker EMP. You can find them in various locations. However, Relentless Retreat, Sanguine Suites, Eclipse Estate, Mega City, and Frenzy Fields are the most common locations for these bags.

Also, if you activate the High Voltage Reality Augment, you can instantly gain Business Turret and Shield Breaker EMPs. In addition, you will also be granted additional Shield Breaker EMPs for eliminations while this Augment is activated.

The Shield Breaker EMP is a rare explosive weapon added to Fortnite that, upon impact, creates a disrupted EMP burst. This eruption temporarily disables electronic devices in the area and damages shields. This weapon has a maximum stack of 6, with each hit dealing a body damage of 70.

How To Hit Enemy Players With Shield Breaker EMP Grenades

You can hit enemy players with your Shield Breaker EMPs in Fortnite by acquiring a Shield Breaker and then throwing it in the direction of your target. You must hit five enemy players to complete a weekly challenge; you will receive 80k XP upon completion. Also, you can attack two enemy players with one Shield Breaker. Here are some tips on how to hit enemy players with Shield Breaker EMPs:

  1. Find an area with a large group of enemies to maximize the amount of damage dealt.
  2. Aim for the ground near your target, as it will create a larger area of effect.
  3. Practice your aim with the Shield Breaker EMP grenade before engaging in combat.
  4. Throw the grenade from behind cover so you are less likely to be hit by enemy fire.

So, to complete the Shield Breaker EMP challenge in Fortnite, use these tips and practice your aim.
