Whether you’re in need of extra healing for yourself or your teammates, the Tranquil Heart is an excellent Relic choice in Remnant 2. Passively restoring 2 points of HP per second, this Relic doubles all health regeneration for 15 seconds. As you can imagine, such buffs are highly effective for builds running the Medic archetype. Consumable items such as Blood Root and Root Water or gear like the Endaira’s Endless Loop Ring can, to an extent, make you an unkillable force. To get the Tranquil Heart, you’ll need the Tormented Heart in Remnant 2.

The Tormented Heart Relic in Remnant 2 wields powers geared toward offensive combat. Specifically, it boosts movement speed and can deal explosive AoE damage upon use, as well as inflicting Lifesteal on the targets struck. Unlocking this Relic involves giving a particular key item to the Nightweaver’s Web in Losomn. We’ll briefly cover the details:

  1. First, you’ll need the Override Pin, an object obtained from a tower in the Timeless Horizon of the N’Erud world.
  2. If given the choice to use the quest item, you must avoid using the Override Pin at all costs. Otherwise, you cannot get the Tormented Heart.
  3. With the pin in your inventory, travel to or progress to Losomn, where you can reach the Tormented Asylum in Morrow Parish.
  4. Thoroughly explore this location to eventually encounter the Nightweaver’s Web.
  5. Give the web your Override Pin to receive the Remnant 2 Tormented Heart.
  6. (Optional) If you’re struggling to access the locations mentioned, consider rerolling your campaign.

How To Use the Tormented Heart for the Tranquil Heart

You’ve one more step to get the Tranquil Heart secret Relic, which involves crafting items with Nimue in Remnant 2. The Fae Goddess Nimue can be found in Nimue’s Retreat, accessed via a region of Losomn. How you discover her will depend on your randomly generated path through the world. Speak to Nimue and trade in the Tormented Heart to craft the Tranquil Heart. Do note that this decision is cemented in your playthrough, meaning the former Relic will be gone forever.

Nevertheless, having the Tranquil Heart is a massive boon indeed for healer builds or those in need of more substantial HP sustain. Venturing through Remnant 2 is, by no means, an easy journey, and you’ll need the most effective equipment for your preferred playstyle. The Remnant 2 Tranquil Heart will ensure you have the restoration necessary to survive just a bit longer to achieve victory over threatening foes in battle.
