Where to Find TM 119 Energy Ball in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

Like most other simple TMs, you can get TM 119 Energy Ball in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet in two ways:

  • Find in the wild Paldea.
  • Craft on TM Machine.

Crafting is an easier way to get TM 119 Energy Ball, but you won’t be able to craft until you get the recipe for that TM. If you have progressed far enough in the game’s story and defeated Team Star’s Fighting Crew, the recipe for this TM is already in your pocket, and you can immediately move on to crafting. Otherwise, you will have to find at least one Energy Ball TM in the vastness of Paldea. Luckily, you won’t have to look far, as there are three locations where you can find Energy Ball TM in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet:

  • The first place you should visit is West Province (Area One). Take the northeast tower as your starting point and head southeast. Climb over the rocks and fly across the river to get to the rock that looks a bit like shoes. Climb this rock and collect your first TM 119 Energy Ball.
  • The next place you can visit is North Province (Area One). Take the Pokemon Center on the border with Glaseado Mountain as your starting point and head northeast. Reach the point in the second image above and collect the second TM.
  • Finally, go to the very north of Paldea and visit North Province (Area Three). Go to the tower on the north coast, climb to the tower top, and collect the final Energy Ball TM.
