Want to know how to get Topaz in Dave The Diver? Although sea hunting, restaurant business, and story quests are the basis of your gameplay in Dave The Diver, progress in the game is impossible without collecting materials. After all, all kinds of improvements to your weapons and equipment require a lot of materials. Of course, you can farm Iron Ore or Tube Corals pretty fast, but you must work hard if you need some Topaz. But we’re here to make your late-game adventure a little easier and tell you how to get Topaz in Dave The Diver.

Where To Get Topaz in Dave The Diver

To get Topaz in Dave The Diver, you must visit the cold and dangerous Glacial Area and look for large orange crystals. Like ores, materials, and containers, Topaz crystals can spawn anywhere in the area, so you have to spend some time exploring to find them. In addition, you can find an average of 2 crystals for one visit to the location. And by mining each of them, you will receive 2-3 Topaz.

Although getting to the Glacial Area is quite hard, as it is a late-game location, it is not the most difficult step on your way. It’s much harder to mine the orange crystal. With low-level weapons, you will not be able to get Topaz. So here are a few options that will help you break the orange crystal and get the desired material:

  • First, you can mine crystals even with the Dive Knife. But for this, you must upgrade it to the maximum level 3. For comparison, one upgrade to this weapon is enough to mine ore in the starting location.
  • Also, swimming around the Glacial Area and Blue Hole Depths and opening containers, you can find a variety of Pickaxes. Using these tools, you will effortlessly break the orange crystal and get Topaz.
  • Finally, you can use high-level melee weapons. You will also find some of these weapons in containers in the Glacial Area and Blue Hole Depths.

It is worth noting that once you collect Topaz, you should not immediately spend it. This material is needed for high-level upgrades to your equipment, and you will need quite a lot. Sometimes players reach the Glacial Area too quickly, and if you are one of them, try to save rare ores and spend them wisely.

Dave The Diver is only available for PC.
