Recently, World of Warcraft got the Fractures in Time update dedicated to the theme of the time continuum and the multiverse. In accordance with the update’s theme, the game has a new currency that can be exchanged for high-level equipment. To help you get valuable items from the vendor that are high level and powerful, we have prepared a guide on how to find and use Dilated Time Capsule in WoW Dragonflight.

There are only two ways for players to get a Dilated Time Capsule, and one of them doesn’t even guarantee that you will get it.

Time Rift Bosses

This method involves farming Time Rift event bosses from which this currency drops. It does not always drop, but the chance of this is still relatively high, especially since Time Rift bosses appear every hour. So it is a pretty good way to farm capsules to exchange them for equipment.

Contained Paracausality Box

Using the second method, you will receive a Dilated Time Capsule from the Contained Paracausality box given for completing the quest When Time Needs Mending. This is a weekly quest from Soridormi in Tyrhold in which you must complete the Time Rift. You need to do the same as in the first method, but here you will get a Dilated Time Capsule from the chest, and you can do this only once a week.

How to Use Dilated Time Capsule

Dilated Time Capsules have only one purpose. You can exchange them for level 402 equipment. This can be done at Shi Everbreeze in Tyrhold Reservoir, near where you get the When Time Needs Mending quest.

The weapons and armor you can get there are Veteran quality and can be upgraded to 424 item level, which makes them an excellent reason to try to get as many capsules as possible. Also, the items offered by Shi can be reworked into tier pieces, which greatly simplifies the receipt of tier-set bonuses. But when you farm a Dilated Time Capsule, remember that it cannot be shared with your alts, so you must complete the weekly quest and fight Time Rift bosses using the character who needs the equipment.
