How To Get (& Use) The Hollywood Star in Bitlife

Becoming famous in BitLife is nowhere near as difficult as it is in the real world. Instead of having to go through audition after audition or praying to be born into a rich family, you can just tap your phone screen a few times and guarantee Fame in your next life. It still takes a bit of maneuvering to complete successfully, but once you do, you’ll be able to achieve Fame using almost zero effort using a Hollywood Star!

How to Get the Hollywood Star in BitLife

(Updated on September 2, 2024 – new information added)

There are really only two things that need to be done to get the Hollywood Star in BitLife:

1. Purchase the Hollywood Star.
2. Toggle the Hollywood Star.

After doing that, it’s really all about using your talent and waiting to become famous. However, this can only happen in careers that you can actually become famous in, including:

• Actor.
• App Developer.
• Writer.
• Chef.
• DJ.
• Governor.
• Magician.
• Reporter.
• Model.
• Singer.
• Musician.
• Athlete.
• CEO.

Purchase the Hollywood Star

To purchase the star, head into the BitLife Marketplace located in the Store category of the Main Menu. Here, scroll all the way to the bottom until you find the Hollywood Star option. The star is a purchasable item and costs $9.99 USD regularly.

Toggle the Hollywood Star

Now that you’ve purchased the star, you need to make sure the option is toggled or else you won’t be able to take advantage of it. To do this, go to the Collectibles category within the Main Menu and select the Items option. Alongside other items you might have, you will have the Hollywood Star option. Make sure the checkbox next to it is toggled to turn it on during your play.

How to Use the Hollywood Star in BitLife

Using the star is a matter of being patient and sticking to your values and talents. After trying it a few times, there is no way to become famous before high school, meaning that your time in school will be important for developing your skills. Once the star is toggled and you are playing a character, follow these instructions to properly use the Hollywood Star:

1. After choosing the profession you’d like to become famous in, ensure that you’re practicing it as often as you can while in grade school (with the Hollywood Star, raising your skill level in a talent like singing or dancing is much faster).
2. As long as you are actively working towards being better, you will be approached by someone in that industry after high school.
3. You’ll then become famous in your field, earning a new stat bar at the bottom of the player page titled Reputation, which then turns into Fame once you become more famous.

So long as you maintain your Reputation by working more in your field, you will continue to be famous. This will also grant you new features, including joining a celebrity dating website!
