Though Soul Reapers are sworn to fight the Hollow, a rare few wield Hollow powers as their own. Called Visored in Bleach, these Soul Reapers are known as Vizard in the Roblox spin-off Type Soul. Becoming a Vizard takes a lot of work, but a menacing skull-like mask isn’t your only reward for doing so. You’ll also gain a significant power boost, allowing you to take down foes you otherwise never could. Unfortunately, there’s a long grind ahead to get the materials you’ll need. Here’s how to get Hogyoku Fragment and Vizard in Roblox Type Soul.
Type Soul Hogyoku Fragment and Vizard Guide

There are several faction-exclusive rewards such as the Quincies’ Schrift in Type Soul, and Vizard is one of them. To claim this masked transformation for yourself, you need to be a Soul Reaper first. Once you’ve reached Shinigami status, you’ll need to collect Hogyoku Fragments. Unfortunately, you need 10 of them, and their drop rate is just 0.5%. Put on your blue jeans and work boots, because we have some farming to do.
There are only two ways to get Hogyoku Fragments in Type Soul. You can either take part in boss raids or grip another player who has Hogyoku Fragments and take theirs. Only home bases work for this mission, however, so you’ll need to farm one of the following base raids:
- Soul Society
- Hueco Mundo
- Wandenreich
A much faster way to get Hogyoku Fragments is to trade with other players or grind raids with players who don’t need Fragments and will give you theirs. If you don’t do so, you might need to finish as many as 2000 raids to get all the materials you need. Once you have 10 Hogyoku Fragments, use them to prompt a boss fight in Hueco Mundo. Defeat the boss to gain a mask, then put it on to begin the final stage of the quest.
Vizar Quest Final Stage
The last thing you need to do to become a Vizar is to finish one of the following quests, chosen at random after donning the mask:
- Win 10 raids of any type (Faction or Karakura) with the mask equipped
- Defeat 200 Soul Reapers (players or NPCs)
- Meditate and then defeat your Shikai in Vizard form in the Shikai World
The grinding required to become a Vizar may have made Szayelaporro’s suffering seem preferable, but at least your long journey is now at an end.
