If you’ve become successful enough to open a new branch, you’ll want to know how to hire a Branch Manager in Dave The Diver. Hiring a manager is a significant move in your finances and represents a big responsibility. As your sushi business reaches higher heights of success, expanding your business with Branch management will further make your restaurant flourish.

You must first open a new restaurant branch to hire a Branch Manager after completing the Bancho’s Ordeal “Pasta Contest” challenge. Once the contest has been finished, you can open a Bancho’s Sushi branch. To clear this quest, you must find several supplies to create a VIP dish.

Once you have unlocked the new branch of Bancho Sushi, you will need to hire someone to manage it and ensure everything runs smoothly. Your manager will have a rank, as will the ingredients available, so you’ll need to choose the right one to suit your needs. Once you open the branch, you can hire the Branch Manager from the “Staff” tab in the main menu’s center.

Just like in your primary business, you must hire employees in the branch. You will use the same advertising and interviewing methodology you used first. In addition, you can swap employees between the central sushi bar and the branch. But first, you must place them in the waiting room.

Throughout the game, you can upgrade the Branch Manager’s skills to improve the business stats in Dave the Diver.

Dave The Diver’s Branch Manager, Explained

When you promote an employee to the position of Branch Manager, they go from being a simple employee to becoming a multi-faceted manager. This employee will now be able to serve drinks, cook, serve customers, and take care of the cleaning. Although they automatically tend to perform the tasks they were initially most skilled at, they can perform all of them once appointed as Branch Managers. Yes, even if they did not have the skills previously.

Make sure the person you choose to perform the role of Branch Manager has a high percentage in their Cooking stats, if possible, +500. This is because the manager’s ability will determine the ingredients you can use in the new branch. While you can hire a Branch Manager with a lower stat, you will not have unlocked the entire inventory of ingredients. This would affect the variety of dishes you can offer on your menu.

To recap, here’s how you hire a Branch Manager in Dave the Diver:

  1. 1. Complete Bancho’s Ordeal “Pasta Contest.”

  2. 2. Hire your Branch Manager from the “Staff” tab.

  3. 3. Choose an employee with a high stat in Cooking.
