As you know, Animal Crossing New Horizons brings many seasonal activities for players, such as the option to roll snowballs and build a snowman. Initially, this might seem insignificant, but it is great if you want to get some winter-themed DIY recipes. However, this is easier said than done because you need to make snowballs right to make a Christmas Frankenstein instead of something good-looking for your island.

How To Build a Snowman in Animal Crossing New Horizons

First, you need your island to be covered in snow. This happens in December for players in the Northern Hemisphere and June for players in the Southern Hemisphere. Once your island has its white blanket, you must find a small snowball on the ground. When you do, it’s time to start rolling, and here are the steps for building the perfect snowman:

  1. Roam your island until you find two snowballs.
  2. Face any of the snowballs from any side, preferably from its left or right side.
  3. Roll the first snowball until it reaches the same height as your character’s eyes.
  4. Go to the second snowball and roll it until it reaches the same height as your character’s ears.
  5. Return to the first snowball and move it to the second. The snowman will appear.
