The life simulator game BitLife offers you various paths on how you can lead your character’s life from birth to their death. There are also a bunch of Challenges that you can complete to spice up your playthrough. Here’s how you can marry a Doctor and complete one of the objectives of the “Patient Zero” Challenge in BitLife.
BitLife – How to Marry a Doctor

There are three ways you can get a Doctor as your life partner in BitLife. Let’s get through all of the methods one by one.
The first method is by using the Dating App menu, which is accessible from the Activities menu, Love option, and selecting the Dating App option. You can only start using it once your character has reached 18 years old, so age them up, and it will cost $100 per attempt. Then at this point, if you start seeking romantic relationships, you will usually encounter people who are around the same age and who may be studying, jobless, or engaged in entry-level positions. That means it will take a few tries until you can find someone with a Doctor as their Occupation as your potential partner.
The second method still involves the Dating App. Still, by aging up your character to their mid to late 20s or older, you can choose an alternative method of finding a romantic partner in the Love menu and avoid paying the $100 fee as well as having higher chances of finding older partners with more stable jobs at the 30-39 age range too.
Lastly, you can try working in a job involving doctors or hospitals, such as a Pharmacist, Dentist, or Therapist. Once you have the job, befriend a Doctor by giving compliments, spending time with them, and giving them gifts. When the relationship meter is high enough, you can then ask them out on a date. Sometimes, during a visit to a Doctor, they can also flirt with you but don’t hope for such chances too much!
As the relationship progresses, you can either propose to them using an expensive ring to improve the likelihood of acceptance or wait for them to propose to you. In any case, the outcome will still be influenced by chance.
