The very first thing that you’re going to want to do if you want to quick swap is open up your inventory using the I button on your keyboard or the Menu button on your Xbox controller. After that, you can favorite a weapon by pressing the B button on the keyboard or the Y button on your Xbox controller. At that point, you can either press up or down the D-pad or scroll up or down on your mouse to quick swap your weapons.
