How to Save in A Plague Tale Requiem?
The Game autosaves at specific intervals, but there is no manual save option. Typically Game will be saved once you come into a new location. For example, the Game will autosave once you come down the ladder into the sewers.
The Gaming system of the Game is based on Check Points. You can see the Check Point save icon on the upper right corner of the screen, next to the mini-map.
Check Point saving system can be seen as a drawback for some gamers because if they die or want to quit the Game, they will have to start from the last Check Point.
For example, if you just killed a bunch of rats and obtained a new item but then died before reaching the next Check Point, you will have to kill those rats again.
This can be seen as a good thing or a bad thing. Some people may like it because it adds to the replay value and challenge of the Game. At the same time, Gamers may find it frustrating to redo certain sections.
So, that is how you save your progress in A Plague Tale Requiem. The Game autosaves at specific Game intervals, but there is no manual save option. While the Game’s autosave system ensures that players do not lose any progress, it can also be seen as a drawback because players may have to start from the last Check Point if they die or want to quit the Game. Nevertheless, the Game is still worth playing because of the witty and intriguing storyline. Have you played this Game? What are your thoughts on it?
