First, JTK can spawn as early as Door 2 and can also appear multiple times during a single run. He will chase you down without stopping and can kill you while you’re inside a closet or locked in a cutscene.

Moreover, this crafty serial killer can climb over objects in the environment, such as desks, counters, or fallen pieces of furniture. If he catches and kills one of your companions, don’t expect any moments of respite since he can slay multiple survivors without stopping.
