Vampire Horse in V Rising is the new way of traveling in-game. As you know, traveling comfortably in this game is essential since the map is huge. Before this update keeping track of your horses was extremely painful. Because you should always have to remember where you left your horse. In addition, in the past, when you bought a normal horse, it had a lifespan of seven hours, which you could increase by giving them a Water Filled Canteen. With the V Rising Vampire Horse update, you can forget about these troubles. Without further ado, here’s how to get your first Vampire Horse and Saddle.

To get V Rising Vampire Horse, you need to complete the quest “A Castle Reaching the Sky.” To clear this quest, you need to progress your Castle Heart to Level 4. After the quest’s completion, you will receive the Dominate Mount ability as a reward. Once you have this ability, go to the Vampire Powers window and add the Dominate Mount ability to your skill wheel under Blood Powers.

Then all you need to do is find a horse in V Rising—preferable one that’s nice and fast. Once you find your horse, you can use the Dominate Mount ability on it to turn it into a Vampire Horse. After the horse is in vampire form, its appearance will change, its eyes will turn red, and a Saddle will be added on top.

How To Get Horse Saddle in V Rising

As we mentioned before, the V Rising Vampire Horse can be equipped with a Saddle. The Saddle on your horse increases your horse’s Max Speed, Acceleration, and Rotation Speed. You can craft the Saddle from the Leatherworking Station for 6 Thick Leather and 3 Iron Bars.

What Are the Benefits of Having a V Rising Vampire Horse?

When you use normal horse mounts in V Rising, you have to take care of them constantly so that they don’t die, and you can’t call them whenever you want. You have to keep in mind where you leave them. But if you get a Vampire Horse, you won’t have this problem. If you have one, you can summon it wherever you are.

To summon your Vampire Horse to your location, simply switch to the Dominate Mount skill and press “R.” This will teleport your horse to you. You can also jump over obstacles with this horse, just like when you transform into a Wolf.
