There is a unique satisfaction and relaxation in restoring a house to its good ol’ days. While many of us can’t do that in real life, we can do it in House Flipper 2. However, to enjoy the game to the fullest, you’ll need all your equipment and some tips and tricks as well. So, here is how to unlock all the tools in House Flipper 2.

In House Flipper 2 you can renew houses by cleaning them, but there are times when you have to fix some things as well. But many of the more advanced tools that will help you change some tiles or demolish a wall will be locked at first. So, let’s get into how you can unlock all the tools in House Flipper 2.

Flipper Tool & Cleaning

These are your basic items and you don’t have to do anything to unlock them. As soon as you grab the first job from your email and start working, these tools will be at your disposal.

Vacuum Cleaner

The more jobs and quests you complete, you will unlock these tools. Vacuum Cleaner will be unlocked after you complete Out with the Old! quest for Emma Baker. The Vacuum has a long neck like a metal detector that can clean small things such as leaves.

Wallpaper Tool in House Flipper 2

After getting the first few missions of the game out of the way, a lot of customers will ask you to install wallpapers and tiles. The quest that will unlock this tool is called New Walls, New Me given to you by Mark Pescini.

Painting and Wiring Tools

There’s no denying that good lighting and some paintings can truly add soul and unique charm to a house. Jane Ouattara will give you the Adding a Cafe to My Bookshop quest in which you will get access to the Painting tools and afterward, you will have them all the time.

Demolishing Tools

After you get your enterprise sorted out, you can start purchasing, renovating, and selling them again. That section of the game requires Demolishin and Building tools which will be available after completing David Hoffman’s A Floor Plan to Change.
