Gaping Crevasse is located southeast of the city of Gea Kul in Kehjistan. You should reach level 100, especially due to its difficulty. Duriel, one of the endgame bosses, is located in this dungeon.
Duriel allows you to collect some unique items with the best stats in the game, such as The Grandfather, Harlequin Crest, and Ring of Starless Skies. Apart from these, you also have the chance to loot dozens of different unique items for each class.
You need to place some materials on the summoning altar in Gaping Crevasse to unlock it. These materials are 2x Mucus-Slick Egg and 2x Shard of Agony. Remember to take Elixir of Poison Resistance with you to prepare for the fight before spawning the boss. Otherwise, you can die with one hit.
How To Get Mucus-Slick Egg and Shard of Agony in Diablo 4
Before you start your journey towards Duriel, it is very important to farm Mucus-Slick Egg first. To do this, you must enter the Malignant Burrow dungeon in The Tree of Whispers and progress to the last part. Then, you will be asked to place 4 different materials at the summoning altar at the end of the dungeon.

You can obtain these materials from world bosses, Whispers of Dead, and by trading with the Alchemist NPC in the main cities. After killing Echo of Varshan, you can get the Mucus-Slick Egg you need.
To obtain Shard of Agony, you need to beat the “Grigoire” boss at the World Tier 4 level. After beating the boss, he drops 1 Shard of Agony. Grigoire is located in the dungeon called “Hall of the Penitent”, located in the southern part of Ked Bardu. By the way, you must add 5x Living Steel to the summoning altar in order to spawn the boss. Living Steel can only be obtained by opening the “Tortured Gift of Living Steel” chest from Helltide in exchange for 300 Aberrant Cinder.
