How To Get Mucus-Slick Egg and Shard of Agony in Diablo 4
Before you start your journey towards Duriel, it is very important to farm Mucus-Slick Egg first. To do this, you must enter the Malignant Burrow dungeon in The Tree of Whispers and progress to the last part. Then, you will be asked to place 4 different materials at the summoning altar at the end of the dungeon.

To obtain Shard of Agony, you need to beat the “Grigoire” boss at the World Tier 4 level. After beating the boss, he drops 1 Shard of Agony. Grigoire is located in the dungeon called “Hall of the Penitent”, located in the southern part of Ked Bardu. By the way, you must add 5x Living Steel to the summoning altar in order to spawn the boss.
