You can unlock additional outfits from previous games, such as Juri’s retro costume in Street Fighter 6. It doesn’t only function as a differentiator between Player 1 and Player 2. Obtaining the costume and its alternate colors gives the game more personalization options, especially in online matches where you can show off your character’s personalized costumes and colors. This Street Fighter 6 guide will tell you how to unlock Juri’s retro costume with two methods.

Juri’s Retro Costume or Outfit 2 in Street Fighter 6 is her black and purple catsuit first seen in Street Fighter 5. Just like the default or Outfit 10, there are 10 different alternate colors available for it. Thankfully the alternate colors will be instantly unlocked once you obtained the outfit. As mentioned above, there are two ways to unlock Juri’s Retro Costume in Street Fighter 6:

  1. Buy it from the in-game Goods Shop.
  2. Unlock it from the World Tour mode.

The fastest method to unlock Juri’s Outfit 2 is by spending real money in the in-game Shop. The retro costume costs 50 Fighter Coins which is approximately $23. If you own Street Fighter 6: Ultimate Edition bundle the costume will also be automatically unlocked.

The second way to unlock Juri’s retro outfit in Street Fighter 6 is by reaching 100 Trust Level with her in the World Tour mode. However, you cannot just start jumping into the mode and looking for her. You have to first unlock her by completing a side quest in the latter part of the game.

The quest to unlock Juri and her Street Fighter 6 retro costume will become available halfway through Chapter 11. A side quest called “A Hardboiled Adventure” in the Nayshall area will appear. But you can only access the side quest area in Chapter 12, so just keep playing the game until you reach it. After you have gained access, look for an NPC named Govind in Nayshall. Speak with him and he will reveal to you that he is a detective in need of help.

From there, you will have to look for someone named Sandal. Talk to him and you will be referred to someone else named Capana. You will eventually discover clues that lead to an alley. But this place is only open at night, so rest at the Hangout until it is nighttime. Go back to the alley and you will have to fight your way through it. Win the match and Juri will appear. Speak to Juri Han until she finally gives up and is ready to teach you her deadly, Feng Shui Engine-powered Taekwondo moves. But there’s another thing you have to do before unlocking Juri’s Street Fighter 6 retro costume!

Now that she has become your Master, you have to reach the maximum Trust Level with her. Use her moves in fights and engage in a sparring session with Juri. Aside from fighting, the best way to increase Bonds is by buying Masters some Gifts. For Juri, the best Gift is the Wrench, which can be bought in India and gives 5 Bond Points. Once you’ve reached Trust Level 100, you can select Juri’s retro costume when selecting characters in Street Fighter 6 match.
