How To Use the Baby Puppet in Lies of P

While roaming around the darkened streets of the puppet-infested city in Lies of P you will come across a wide array of characters. One of these characters is the Weeping Woman. She will task you to find and bring back her baby girl, which turns out to be a puppet, lost somewhere in the streets. This is the Broken Baby Puppet you can find close to the Krat City Hall Stargazer. By now, you have probably dealt with a couple of main bosses, including the Parade Master, so a Krat mob lurking around the puppet won’t be a problem.

Where Is Weeping Woman in Lies of P?

There is a slight chance that you have accidentally stumbled upon the Baby Puppet in Lies of P on your own. Now, you are wondering what you can do with it. Well, you need to return it to the Weeping Woman. You will need to start from the House on Elysion Boulevard Stargazer and run a few miles to get to this NPC. Here is a simple step-by-step guide on how to get to Weeping Woman in Lies of P.

Enter through the door (don’t go through the smashed wall).
Run along the planks, rooftops, and enemies, or you can battle them if you are certain you have the edge over them.
Now, look for a rooftop bridging the street; run across it.
Enter another house to the left.
Ignore the broken open wall again and proceed through the doorway.
You’ll come across two corpses by a barricaded door, one in pink and one in green. The courtyard is on your left.
Instead of climbing down the ladder, you need to climb on the top of it and then turn right.
Drop off the end of the ledge.
You will then see a window with a silhouette. Approach the window to interact with the Weeping Woman.

Lies of P: Broken Baby Puppet Location

If you haven’t found the location of the Broken Baby Puppet in Lies of P, here is what you need to do. Once you finish interacting with the Krat City Hall Stargazer go right and down the stairs. Then turn left passing the courtyard and up the stairs. Continue on the same path until you see a puppet monster slamming the ground to your right. Deal with the enemy and behind it you will see a blue flame. Interact with it to discover that one of the bodies is Broken Baby Puppet the Weeping Woman is looking for.

Lies of P: What To Do With Broken Baby Puppet

While the Broken Baby Puppet can’t be used to obtain pulse cells, ergo, or some other consumable item, you can return it to Weeping Woman and finish this side quest. When you interact with the Weeping Women about your findings, you will have two options:

That’s a Puppet: If you choose to tell the truth, the Weeping Woman will respectfully accuse you of lying and reward you with the Vivid Ergo Fragment.
She’s a Cute Baby: If you choose to lie and tell her that the Broken Baby Puppet is a real baby, the Weeping Woman will be overjoyed. She’ll express her gratitude, and you’ll receive both the Vivid Ergo Fragment and the Feel Record as rewards.

The consequences of this choice on the Weeping Woman’s reaction are almost non-existent, but it does impact your character. If you opt for lying in Lies of P, you receive Ergo and a record that can be played on Hotel Krat’s gramophone. This will elevate P’s humanity. If you tell the truth, you only get Ergo.
