HoYoverse has suffered another online attack, which revealed images of possible characters for its upcoming game. The leaks contain the concept art for Zenless Zone Zero‘s potential party members. While this is not an unprecedented event for COGNOSPHERE, the leaked concept art usually features characters ready to debut. Until now, ZZZ has been suffering less from leaks, maybe because the game is not available yet. However, this could mean that ZZZ‘s time steering clear of leaks is coming to an end.

The image shows three characters that could belong to the Virtual Idols faction. All share the characteristic of being girls that look like Vtubers or magical girls. The tallest of the girls looks more like a magical girl because of the tutu dress, although it is more revealing; she may also be an angel because of the wings and the halo on her head.

Also, her style is more gothic because of the black details in her design, cat accessories, and, above all, because her weapons are two Morningstar maces. The next girl could be the counterpart of Firefly, as this one is a robot that turns into a girl and not the other way around. This character could have two appearances, but both of them track more closely to the idol Vtuber appearance. However, she appears to be her own weapon, with lasers in her hands like, say, Iron Man.

The last one is more like a schoolgirl combined with an e-girl, who also looks like a tsundere. In her design, she has a gadget in her backpack with buttons and a megaphone. So, it seems that her attack involves music in some capacity.

Of course, we’ll have to wait and see whether HoYoverse officially releases this concept art. Until then, we’d suggest taking these leaks with a pinch of salt.
