A video of a huge brawl on a cruise ship has surfaced. The clip, originally posted on TikTok by user Rizzarioman123 but since removed, is making waves (pun intended) on YouTube and Reddit. It shows a huge brawl breaking out between vacationers on the Carnival Paradise cruise liner, sparking widespread condemnation across social media.
A fellow vacationer on the cruise liner films the whole fight. He offers less-than-helpful commentary, mostly resorting to yelling out “goddam” at the top of his lungs. The unseemly brawl takes place in one of the dining areas of the cruise liner, with furniture sent flying as the fighters pile on and take swipes at each other.
Many commenters are united in deploring the depravity of the cruise ship brawl. “Absolutely zero class,” one user comments on YouTube, echoing the sentiments of many. Another insists that those involved “should never cruise any cruise line again.” Nobody could disagree with that.
Although security eventually arrives to break up the brawl, they don’t seem to be in any hurry. In fairness, who would want to get involved in such a disgraceful fight? As one user reflects, “The staff and crew of a Carnival ship do not get paid enough to have to deal with this inexcusable behavior.”
After a few minutes, the cruise ship brawl dies down. Those involved in the fight continue to yell and scream at each other and security, however, as the beleaguered staff try to get a handle on the situation. Eventually the culprits move away, leaving a trail of destruction in their wake. Overturned chairs, broken plates, scraps of food, even some human hair.
Trying to find something positive to take from such an appalling display, some commenters made darkly humoristic remarks. “Imagine doing all that, then having to see all parties all the time for the next 4 days. Haha.” As another user pointed out, at least if you came across this sort of behavior on land, you could just turn around and go home, but “on a ship you’re trapped with them.”
As many commenters point out, though, you’d hopefully soon see the back of these brawlers. You’d imagine they’d be dropped off at the nearest port and have to make their own way back. Given the complete disregard for authority, however, perhaps the brawlers were confident they’d get away with it. They probably have a history of such disgraceful antics. One user comments, “They should be embarrassed to act this way.” Unfortunately, they probably aren’t.
Such an unseemly cruise ship brawl certainly leaves a sour taste in the mouth. We don’t know if charges were pressed and those involved were kicked off, but they certainly should be. Perhaps there were other options. As one tongue-in-cheek comment suggested, “Make them walk the plank…” Doesn’t seem like such a bad idea, actually.
