The Hyper Scape release introduces us to a brand new battle royale title. Developed by Ubisoft Montreal, the game takes place in a virtual space known as the Hyper Scape. In this virtual space exists the city of Neo Arcadia. Neo Arcadia is a virtual city where many people go for work, school, and/or leisure. While it is not a city in the traditional sense, people experience entire lives in the Hyper Scape. And despite how easy it is to live there, many want to break out and do more.

In this world, there is only one true way to change your lot in life. Compete in the Crown Rush competition and become champion of the Hyper Scape. You do have a chance to win, but remember there are others competing for that grand prize.

In Season One, players will experience “The First Principle.” According to developers, players will have to solve a mystery plaguing the Prisma Dimensions. Follow the breadcrumbs provided by Memory Shards, leading you to background on characters and possible leads. Explore the world and collect as many as you can find.

Executive Producer Graeme Jennings said this of the Hyper Scape release: “We’ve worked passionately for over two years to get to this milestone and we’re excited to say this is just the beginning.”

The game is out now. And despite receiving an official release, there is much more to come. Developers have plans to release a great deal of additional content throughout Season One. Many LTMs (limited-time modes) are planned for release throughout the season.

For now, players can take on opponents in Solo and Squad rush. Get familiar with the 11 hacks and 11 weapons while you await more.

Hyper Scape is out now for PC, Playstation 4, and the Xbox One console family.

Are you ready to win the title of Hyper Scape champion? Let us know in the comments. For more info and updates on the game, check out their home page here.
