This has raised questions, particularly given that some of the employees affected are believed to be working legally. But that’s not all. It seems that before detaining people, ICE in Minnesota is now looking for ways to make them unconscious, as this seems to make the job much easier for these alleged “peace” enforcers.
The shocking incident reportedly happened just outside a business in Shakopee, Minnesota, where ICE agents arrested a man. However, it’s the way ICE agents did it that made the whole situation worse.
To begin with, officers arrested the man at the building’s entrance, a detail that has raised concerns, particularly since most workers there are legally authorized to be in the country. But as many of us already know, ICE doesn’t seem to care too much about it. Yet, that’s not the worst part of this case. It seems that the man lost consciousness halfway through the arrest. The alarming part is that the OP mentioned in the post that some people in the scene claimed the man was not only unconscious, but he allegedly suffered a heart attack on the spot, but as you see in the video, that didn’t stop the Minnesota ICE.
It’s unclear what happened after this, as the video ends abruptly, but not before one of the individuals filming says, “He passed out.” No one was able to confirm if the man had a heart attack, but the fact that ICE didn’t take off the cuffs to check the man’s health first is shocking.
While many were shocked by this situation, the truth is that these events have desensitized many people, who now see this as the new “normal.”

We don’t know if there will ever be a way to stop their actions, but by the looks of it, that won’t happen. ICE now wields significant authority, and there appears to be little oversight curbing aggressive enforcement tactics that many say are creating fear within communities.
