ICE agents swarmed a school campus in Pico Rivera, California, not to perform any official duties, but to expose themselves and pee on school grounds. A video clip shared on TikTok showed ICE and CBP officers driving into a school campus in at least 10 marked and unmarked vehicles. They got out of the cars in their numbers and proceeded to whip out their genitals and urinate behind storage boxes on the school premises.
After investigators learned that something unusual had occurred on the grounds of Ruben Salazar High School, they requested footage from the day of the incident. “We put in a records request for the security camera footage for that day. Well, today, the district released some of that video, and school board leaders say what’s in that video is deeply disturbing.”
Ruben Salazar High School was not in session at the time. However, according to the school’s district representatives, summer classes were ongoing at the nearby elementary school.
The ICE agents who swarmed the school grounds showed up without a warrant and could not provide a credible reason for their presence there. They were asked to vacate the premises soon after their arrival, and they did.
Speaking on the incident, the ERUSD Board President John Contreras, said the agents did not exercise “sound and respectful judgment.” He condemned their actions, adding that they put themselves at risk of exposing their genitals to minors, which is a public offence under California law.
Social media users also aired their displeasure at the incident and are calling for justice. One user commented, “*State sponsored sex offenders,” and another wrote, “Every member of ICE is a pedophile. A lot of people are saying this.”
A user angrily wrote that the agents were committing a felony, and another asked why they couldn’t find a better place to relieve themselves. “What’s the problem?!?! They don’t want to walk into a Starbucks or McDonald’s with all their gear on being the pieces of sh*t that they are!?”
One user commented that the actions of the ICE agents are enough to put them on a sexual predator list, but that “might get them a promotion.” Another user called for the arrest of the officers and for them to be registered as sex offenders, writing, “If anyone else whipped out their pp to take a leak in front of kids, they’d get tossed in gen pop with a sex offender title.”
Notably, the school district leaders have now called for a federal investigation into the alleged actions of the ICE agents. According to Fox 11 Los Angeles, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency is investigating the matter on their end.
