Ever since Humble Bundle began their publishing label Humble Games, the team has been on fire with many releases left and right. From the creature catching joy of Temtem to making an idle game fun with Forager, their releases have always bled with charm and passion. Some of their latest releases have kept true to this, including their latest release. Ikenfell, a turn-based tactical RPG from Happy Ray Games,  is now available on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. You can check out the game’s launch trailer below.

What is Ikenfell?

Ikenfell | Launch Trailer

Ikenfell tells the tale of a school of magic and a group of six troublesome students within. As this group, you’ll use powerful mechanics to power up and cast your spells, leaving nothing but dead opponents in your wake. Trust me, you’ll need it given how badly they’ve infested this school. Make your way through dark corridors, battle increasingly difficult enemies, and discover secrets you were never meant to see. Oh, and there are cats. Lots and lots of cats.

If this sounds intriguing to you, the game is available on all the aforementioned platforms for $17.99. If you happen to be subscribed to Xbox Game Pass though, no need to worry! You can play Ikenfell through Game Pass Console and PC right now, and who can argue with free? For those without the subscription though, you can get the game at 10% off until October 15. Not too bad of a deal for a charming turn-based RPG if you ask me.

Ikenfell joins a few other titles coming to Game Pass today. Console players can enjoy Brutal Legend and Forza Motorsport 7 for free, while PC and Android players get the latter. It’s amazing how this service gets more and more valuable as the days go by. Anyways, what are your thoughts on Ikenfell? Do its magic-filled halls sound intriguing to you? Let me know in the comments below!
