It is great to see another isekai joining the ranks of this year’s anime. While it is a genre that many studios have played out, this one has some great things going for it. Without spoiling too much, the main protagonist reincarnates in the world of her favorite otome. The first character she meets is the main antagonist, her favorite character. Due to this, she’s determined to romance the villainess instead of going for any of the male characters. It is a fun plot that sets in motion several events that many fans of the genre will love.

So, if you want to watch a new isekai during the Fall of 2023, remember that I’m in Love With the Villainess premieres on October 2.
