Labubu’s have a firm grip on the younger generation, as children rush to collect as many as possible. However, the little toy monsters may have swept through the nation, but this Indiana woman isn’t too impressed. However, her opinion on the toy may be even lower after this strange encounter at a local gas station. Luckily, the woman would post a TikTok video recalling the encounter and asking for advice. The clip has garnered over 200,000 views with likes to match.

The TikTok posted to the account @RebekahDuby86 begins with the Indiana mother and her children in front of the camera, in what appears to be their home. However, the child and mother are both holding the Labubu toys. The text on the video states that the mother is looking for some “Labubu help,” and is asking if they should “Cut it open.” At first glance, it can be somewhat confusing. However, once the mother shares her side of the story, things start to add up pretty quickly.

Indiana Mother Suspicious of Strange Labubu Doll

The toy that the woman is holding is a white monster with black eyes. However, the parent is concerned that the item may contain a hidden camera. This fear stems from the fact that the woman confirms that a stranger had given her child this toy for free. However, that is not the only concern regarding the Labubu. The mother also states that with the toy’s eyes being so foggy, it almost seemed off. These are what led the woman to believe her child was given a hidden camera so that a stranger could spy on them. The TikTok’s comment section also seems to have its suspicions. One user even said it’s “Most likely a hidden camera.”

The Indiana woman then provided some context to this story. She claimed that she and her child went to the gas station to buy other Labubu dolls. However, after purchasing the doll seen being held by the child in the TikTok, it would happen. A total stranger would offer a “Coca-Cola Labubu” to her child. The mother then states that she looked up photos of what the toy’s eyes typically look like, and none of them matched.

In a follow-up TikTok, the Indiana woman decided to just cut the eyes out of the Labubu and replace them. The clip shows the mother working to replace the doll’s eyes with new ones. However, the woman claimed at the end of the video that she may still cut the toy open, just to be safe. However, for now, the Coca-Cola Labubu remains intact.
