Take a starting point, the ruins in Breezy Meadow, and head southwest almost to the edge of the map. You will find military squads and the Warp Spire Heartcraft Kingdom Outpost in front of a gigantic gate. In the area, there will be only one house; go to the deck, and you will see Vendita sitting outside; he is the NPC with a text balloon about the outpost guards. When you talk to Vendita, he will tell you he wants to make a pair of befitting gloves to protect the guards’ hands from such hard work.
