Being stylists and dressing up are our main tasks with Nikki; we simply can’t let her go without a nice outfit; it would be fatal. But the players also proved that they have great photography skills, surprising the fan community with amazing lighting effects and forced perspective. However, one Stylist took Infinity Nikki photography to the next level, challenging themselves to make their photographs recreate the illusion of paintings—not just any paintings, but famous works in galleries or museums.
Redditor nyxmordsith shared on r/InfinityNikki a challenge they made for themselves. In this challenge, OP is trying to take pictures replicating famous pictures with minimal use of an image editor. This Redditor did it to have fun and show something to the fan community without knowing everyone would love their work instantly. Fortunately, nyxmordsith also commented that they would continue to recreate paintings with Momo’s camera in Infinity Nikki. So far, only two images are pretending to be these paintings:
1. Woman with a Parasol – Claude Monet (1875)
SaintBrutus
2. The Happy Accidents of the Swing/The Swing – Jean-Honoré Fragonard (circa 1768)
Wonderfully executed OP! Brava!
Sure, recreating specific images will be complicated, especially because some outfits and items are somewhat limited, and sometimes, getting one the same in form and color may not be possible, but the OP tries to do as little cheating as possible using some editing photo software.
OP, how did you get the green umbrella? As far as I remember, we only got the pink one for purchase in the CNY season… 👀

I unfortunatly edited with photoshop the colour I wanted to keep the pictures as unedited I can but the pink umbrela bothered my eyes so much so I did a very entry level edit 🤣. I hope we can dye the umbrella when they will release the dye system

Many players are already looking forward to the upcoming OP photos, but many more shared their recreations of Ophelia and The Creation of Adam in the comments. In addition, this post not only created a space for Nikki and art aficionados to talk about painting, art trends, and history. It also allowed other players who don’t know as many paintings or artists to learn about them. So, if anyone tells you that games are useless, Nikki and Momo will prove them wrong. I hope more players join this challenge and see more paintings in this subreddit.
