Realizing that you’ve been scammed is by far one of the worst feelings that anyone could experience in their lifetime. There’s just a profound sadness to realizing that someone’s taken advantage of you for their own gain. Fortunately, there are some people out there whose whole mission is to expose these terrible scammers to the world. A popular Czech streamer recorded one such incident in Paris and then reposted it to Reddit for everyone to see and make their own opinions of.
The video showcases the aftermath streamer Honest Guide’s interaction with a French scammer. The streamer is standing in a public part alongside his videographer while those whom we could only assume are the scammers begin shooting ugly remarks at them. At first, it starts calm with the French man telling Honest Guide that he hates his country. But then it quickly escalates to the French man spitting on him.
Honest Guide immediately attempts to de-escalate the situation and leave the area, but several other men quickly swarm in and try to hold onto the streamer. Fortunately, it looks as though they were able to get away, but not before being physically assaulted by the scammer and his friends. The comments immediately swelled with opinions concerning the scammers.
“F****** violent scum scamming people. F*** those assholes”
Others were quick to highlight the good work that the streamer is doing by exposing these kinds of people. Unfortunately, those traveling outside the United States must be careful of particular scams, especially in Paris.

After perusing his YouTube channel, I found that he also specializes in helping prepare tourists for visit Prague on a local level. Hopefully, the people who watch the video can help identify the people within it and bring them to justice. No one deserves to be scammed just because they’re more susceptible to it.
