It’s always been astonishing to me that so many people in the world are willing to make a complete fool of themselves just to try and prove a point. In most cases, it really is just that, them trying, not succeeding. In Florida, a residential care aide was harassed by someone allegedly on the Board of Directors at this apartment complex. Apparently, just because she doesn’t live there, she’s not allowed to be on the property to take care of her patient. Tell me, does that make sense?
The above video was posted to the TikTok account @jeansb7p, belonging to a woman who reportedly works as a residential care assistant, helping whoever her client is directly in their own home. This video showed the reality she faces most days: arguing with a Karen at the Florida apartment complex who won’t give her a break.
You can see the camera is pointed at two women who look to be waiting for an elevator. The woman standing on the left is a frequent flyer on this particular TikTok page, with various videos of her screaming at the camera posted throughout. She’s even been recorded allegedly spitting at people for no apparent reason.
This time, she decided to really make things worse by screaming, “You don’t live here,” repeatedly while waiting, then getting into the elevator. Well, she’s right, the woman recording doesn’t live there, but that’s because she’s a residential aid for a different person living there. It seems that the Karen doesn’t want to hear that, though.

What’s really funny is that while the Karen is screaming that the woman recording doesn’t live in the Florida complex, the elevator doors continue opening and closing. In fact, one woman can be seen trying to step into the elevator, only to change her mind and leave at the last second.
Commenters also thought this was hilarious, with one person saying, “The elevator was a paid actor . I can’t with the opening and closing on her constantly that was hilarious.” Another person chimed in with some advice that they personally followed through on, saying, “File a police report n take a copy to property management. I did this to tenant and file a police report and took a copy of it to the property manager until the lady got a violation on her lease and got evicted.”
Hopefully, the rude woman was addressed by the leasing office or building management, as her behavior is unacceptable.
