So far, the studio is working on Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, which is right around the corner. On the other hand, a while ago, we got a teaser for an upcoming Wolverine game, something that excites many players. However, in an interview, a Project Director at Insomniac Games teased the studio is working on a new unannounced AAA title. It is uncertain if it’ll be a PS5 exclusive or release on PC as well, but the scope of it equals that of the aforementioned titles.

As we mentioned, Insomniac Games as a studio has been knocking it out of the park due to the recent PS5 exclusives it has launched. Plus, the upcoming Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is almost here and promises to be a game for the ages. And while we’re waiting for any news of the Wolverine game, Insomniac is developing another AAA game in conjunction with the abovementioned ones.

The interview makes many people think the studio is hiring for a new multiplayer game. Back in 2021, Insomniac Games put out several job offers, which included someone with experience in multiplayer titles, meaning this could be the genre of the new AAA game.
