Family dynamics are complicated, but for one Iowa brood, their bad blood spilled over into the public eye when one side of the brood was trying to enjoy a quiet meal with their kids. The couple, who seemingly have a very rocky relationship with a member of their family, ended up caught in a wild screaming match that unfortunately happened right in front of one of the couple’s children.
In a TikTok video posted by user @ronaldbutler68, he and his wife were out to dinner with their two young children, a boy and a girl. The family was eating in an outdoor igloo and seemingly looking to enjoy a post-holiday meal. However, their evening was ruined with a familiar face showed up to crash the party.
The clip starts off with the family eating inside the plastic bubble and a blonde woman wearing a black coat coming up behind them and staring at them. “This is that stalking behavior we were talking about,” the man inside the igloo is heard saying. “How are you?” she asks the little boy. “Good,” he says with a smile on his face.
She then notices that she’s being recorded. “I can see you recording me,” she says, as the couple fires back that she’s “hammered,” which she denies. They then tell her to go away and not escalate anything. However, that certainly doesn’t happen.
The woman claims that she simply wanted to say hello to her niece and nephew, and later walks away. However, she quickly comes back claiming that the couple “disowned” her before another man comes up and gets into the confrontation.
Things quickly get heated, as the blonde woman begins yelling at the couple, cursing, and then eventually unzips the igloo to try to come inside. That’s when the mother sends her two children out of the igloo and tells them to go get the bartender.
The kids take off past their aunt, and then the adults really begin to go at it. “This lady’s a psycho,” the woman yells. The blonde woman then claims that she has proof and that the pair will be hearing from her lawyer regarding defamation of character.
“Right in front of the kids,” one person pointed out in the comment section. “I don’t know how y’all stay that calm. My rage would never let me,” said another. “All the adults could’ve done better the look on that poor little girl’s face in the poor little boy they did not deserve that,” a third person added. “So glad I’m not the only one with a crazy family,” a fourth comment read.
The video ends with the blonde woman being held back and escorted from the establishment. However, it seems that this Iowa family has a lot of drama to work through and it’s honestly heartbreaking.
