A Massachusetts man had a heated confrontation with staff over allegedly being harassed by a member at a Planet Gym. It’s currently unclear what instigated the meltdown, though the man does claim that he was “harassed by f***ing p****es“, which may explain why he’s so emotionally charged. Footage was captured by the man and released online where it’s making the rounds across social media right now.
According to the description in the video, the incident takes place in Sturbridge, Massachusetts, and opens with plenty profanities. The man is clearly already very irate as he converses with a Planet Gym manager. “[I’m] getting my f***ing things you retarded a** motherf*****. Do you understand that? I have possessions.” the man yells out the manager. “I understand that.” the employee replies calmly. “Okay, then let me grab them. Shut the f*** up!”
As the pair begin walking back to the entrance of the gym, the furious customer then begins to deliver a tirade of anger directed towards the employees. “You’re a corporate slave! Hey, hey, corporate slave! Hey, corporate slave!” the gym goer shouts mockingly. As he passes another Planet Gym employee, he fires, “Shut the f*** up. I’m not listening to you. You’re a nobody.”
Next, the gym manager then attempts to placate and calm the man down. To this, the angry customer yells, “I make 20 grand a month, dude. You think that f***ing bothers me. This is a f***ing p***y gym!” Calmly, the manager responds, “Then why are you here, sir?“
“To get a workout and not be harassed by f***ing p***ies!” Even as tempers flare up to boiling point, the manager manages to keep his cool. “Have a great day. We’ll cancel your membership, you don’t have to deal with anything. We’ll even refund the last monthly fee.”
The incensed customer then takes umbrage with the lack of discipline that has been shown to him by other members at the gym. “Awesome. Now, f***ing discipline your f***ing members. You need to have a conversation with him. Have a conversation with him right now. I’m calling the police on you right now, then.” The manager shrugs, replying: “For what?”
“For not handling the situation accordingly.” fires back the customer. Things continue to escalate further, though the footage cuts off shortly after the regional manager picks up the phone to call the police.
Of course, the internet was not best pleased with how the irate customer conducted himself during the incident. Not only was he incredibly insulting, but his mocking demeanor and attitude was extremely hostile.
